Please note that the delivery times we provide are estimates, not guarantees. We do our best, but sometimes delays happen due to shipping companies. During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), shipping may be delayed slightly due to high demand.
1.4 Order and Shipping Confirmation:
After you place an order, you'll get an email confirmation with a list of what you ordered. Once we ship it, we’ll send another email with a tracking link. It might take 24 hours for the tracking information to update

2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. If the product has been assembled or used in any way, we cannot accept the return. 2.2 Defective or Damaged Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the defective items at no additional cost to you. The return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Lightcri.com.
2.3 Change of Mind Returns:
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the items are properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Before sending the product back to us, you will have to contact our customer relations [email protected] , to get a return barcode. After that, you can easily send the product back to us.
3. Return Shipping Costs
3.1 Customer Responsibility:
For returns that are not due to product defects or delivery errors, the customer will bear the return shipping costs. This includes any duties or taxes incurred during the return shipping process.
3.2 Prepaid Return Labels (for Defective Items):
In the event of a defective product or a shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return label. Please use this label to ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving it.
4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to process the refund.

Any promotional items or gifts included in the purchase must also be returned if the associated products are returned. If these items are not returned, their value will be deducted from the refund amount.

Customers located in the EU have the right to return their products within 14 days of receiving the order, as per the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Once we receive your cancellation request, you will have another 14 days to return the product.
5.2 International Return Shipping:
For international returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional shipping costs incurred during the return process will not be covered by Lightcri.com.
5.3 Refunds for International Orders:
Refunds for international returns will be processed in the same currency and payment method used during purchase. The refund amount will be based on the original price paid, excluding any shipping, customs, or VAT charges unless due to an error on our part.
